At Nexonic, we follow a transparent and client-friendly payment structure to ensure smooth project delivery and zero confusion.

Setup Fee — 50% Advance + 50% After Completion:

For all setup-based projects (Website, Automations, Voice Agent, E-commerce):

🔹 Before Work Starts:

You pay 50% advance to initiate the project.
This amount confirms your booking and project slot.

🔹 After Work Completion:

Remaining 50% is paid before final delivery or before taking the project live.

✔ Work starts only after 50% advance is received
✔ Remaining payment must be cleared before full handover
✔ Advance amount is non-refundable (to secure development time)

Monthly Fee (Recurring Payment):

Monthly fee is billed on the same date every month from the day your service goes live.

Example:
If service begins on 10th Jan, future billing dates will be:
→ 10 Feb
→ 10 Mar
→ 10 Apr

✔ Monthly fee must be paid upfront
✔ Service pauses automatically if payment is delayed more than 3 days

Usage-Based Cost (AI Voice Agent & API Tools):
